Project Description

In 2001, EnVision Corp developed a coated patented technology for using recycled low-grade wood and applying a polymerized gesso coating to create high grade finished architectural moldings. EnVision provided early stage funding for the launch of EnTech Industries Inc, building a cross-border manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico.

In 2004, after securing a nationwide contract to supply the Home Depot, the company was reorganized as Composite Technology International and moved manufacturing to mainland China.

By 2008, the company had grown from $1M in annual sales to $30M, at which time EnVision successfully exited.

EnVision Corporation has fully divested from EnTech Industries.
